By accessing and using OTPGrove (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms govern your access to SMS verification, non-VoIP USA numbers, rentals, and eSIM offerings described on our website and dashboard.

OTPGrove provides verification and connectivity services including:
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.

To use the Service, you must:

You agree to use OTPGrove only for lawful purposes. The following are examples of prohibited activities (non-exhaustive):
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or prohibited activities.
Section 5
Services are generally prepaid. You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient wallet balance. We process cryptocurrency payments through Cryptomus (and related on-chain settlement flows). By topping up or paying with crypto, you agree to Cryptomus’s applicable terms and network fees.
Crypto transactions are typically irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Ensure wallet addresses, networks, and amounts are correct before sending funds.
Prices, fees, and availability are listed on the Site and may change. Taxes or regulatory charges may apply based on your location. Continued use after pricing updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Refunds are limited: digital delivery of numbers, SMS, or eSIM SKUs often begins immediately. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and evaluated case-by-case (e.g., duplicate charge, verified service failure attributable to us). Chargebacks or network disputes may result in account restrictions.
Unused balance may be non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.
Section 6
We strive for reliability but do not warrant:
Carriers, platforms, and regulators may block or throttle numbers. We are not liable for losses from factors outside our reasonable control.
Section 7
The Service, branding, software, and content are owned by OTPGrove or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed.
Section 8
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OTPGROVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OTPGrove in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum allowed by applicable law).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTPGrove and its team from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where practicable (e.g., on-site notice or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to OTPGrove’s operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be resolved in the courts or forums designated by applicable law and our policies.
