Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund because the requested service was already delivered or consumed.

  • An OTP or SMS was already received successfully on the ordered number.
  • The number was used for verification and the requested platform accepted the code.
  • Voluntary cancellation after the service has already been used or consumed.
